Not only does the new theater season kick-off in September, so does the annual giving campaign for our non-profit 501(c)(3) arts organization. This year, our appeal was written by Amanda and Geoffrey Grimm. At the ages of 16 and 13, they have been involved with Forever After Productions performing at the Village Theater for 7 years. It was just eight years ago, that their family built a house in Cherry Hill Village in Canton Township. They were absolutely thrilled because that one decision opened up a world of fantasy, history and opportunity for them. They felt amazingly lucky to have an outstanding theater nearby where they watch concerts and plays, as well as be a part of them!  Performing has given them self confidence, not just for auditions and performances, but in every day life. They are very thankful for those who made their dream possible - their parents, Forever After Productions and the Partnership for the Arts and Humanities.

There are many more stories just like Grimm's, from other artists that perform at the Village Theater.  The Arts touch people of all ages and create a sense of pride in our community. The Arts are a gift that keep on giving for a lifetime!
